FAQ

  • Due to availability, we are not accepting a la carte design projects at this time. However, we’re always happy to entertain the idea pending project type and budget. Send us a message!

  • Yes! However, only for booked services like Branding Suite Lite + Luxe and Special Event Design. Full payment is required upfront for all items in The Chapel.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to starting any creative work. Once the deposit is received and processed, your project will be officially in the pipeline!

  • As you are the expert in your field, we’ve worked to become the expert in ours, and although we do encourage some collaboration while developing your project, we ask that you trust our process and ideas, knowing that we’ll give you our best strategies and design solutions, every time.

  • Email and video support is included in every booked project. We do have an “email-first” policy, but in the event a larger discussion is necessary, we are always happy to schedule a call!
